Turkey and Stuffing Casserole

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 16 oz Kraft Sour Cream
  • 4-5 cups diced Turkey
  • 2 packages Stove Top Stuffing Turkey flavor (or use your left over stuffing)
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Whisk until smooth and bubbly.
  5. Add broth and milk slowly while stirring.
  6. Whisk until smooth.
  7. Bring to a simmer and heat until it thickens.
  8. Add salt and pepper and stir.
  9. Remove from heat and mix in sour cream until smooth.
  10. Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions and set aside.
  11. Place diced turkey in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  12. Spread sour cream mixture evenly on top of turkey.
  13. Add stuffing on top and cover with foil.
  14. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  15. Remove foil and cook an additional 15 minutes until the top of the stuffing is browned and the casserole is bubbly.
  16. Remove from oven, let sit for a few minute and serve!
