This dip takes a traditional 7 layer dip to an entirely new level! This Baked Chili Dip is ooey-gooey delicious and will leave you wanting more!

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 green bell pepper
  • 1 can HormelĀ® Chili with beans or without, your choice, I made mine with beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese I used a cheddar, jack blend but you can use your favorite
  • 8 oz guacamole
  • 4-8 oz sour cream
  • handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 scallions
  1. Chop bell pepper into small pieces.
  2. Mix cream cheese and bell pepper together.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture into the bottom of an 8" x 8" pan.
  4. Spread chili on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Layer guacamole, sour cream, sliced tomatoes and chopped scallions on top.
  9. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
