Frosted Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Country Time Lemonade Starter lemonade concentrate or similar
  • 5 small scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ¼ cup water
  • Whipped Cream optional but delicious
Instructions
  1. Simply mix the lemonade starter, ice cream and water in a blended until smooth. You don't want to over process this as it will begin to melt quickly. It should be thick like a really thick frostie or milkshake, barely thin enough to drink with a straw!
  2. Pour it into a cup and top it with whipped cream if desired.
Recipe Notes

Depending on how strong you want your drink to be, you can use anywhere between 1-2 tablespoons of your starter mix. I found 1 ½ tablespoons was perfect for us! But you may need to tweak it a little bit depending on how big your ice cream scoops are and how strong you like it.

And if this is too thick, add a little more water until your desired consistency is achieved.
