  • 8 oz Water
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder I use this one here.
  • 1 1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries if you use frozen raspberries, use less ice
  • 1 cup Ice
  1. Place all ingredients into your Vitamix in the order they are listed.
  2. Press the Smoothie program button and let the Vitamix do it's magic!
