Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 14 oz cans of Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 cups Chicken Breast cooked and diced
  • 12 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/3 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 containers of 10 Pillsbury Grands Junior Golden Layers Flaky Biscuits
Instructions
  1. Mix butter and flour over medium heat on stove and whisk until combined.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes until it is golden brown.
  3. Add chicken broth, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir until thick.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add milk, chicken, vegetables and onion and mix.
  7. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  8. Place biscuits on top of mixture.
  9. Bake at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes or until heated throughout and biscuits are cooked and golden.
