Spiced Eggnog Pudding Recipe

  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/4 cups Eggnog
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • Reddi-wip®
  1. Place granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, eggnog and egg yolks into a 3 quart pot and whisk together.
  2. Cook over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes or until pudding thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Allspice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar together until thick. Gently fold the cream mixture into the pudding mixture.
  4. Place pudding in a container with a lid and set it in the refrigerator overnight or until it is set.
  5. When ready to serve, divide pudding into bowls and top with a dollop of Reddi-wip®.
