One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving Dinner is Cranberry Sauce.
Some of you might think I am crazy…don’t leave just yet! I grew up with real, delicious, homemade cranberry sauce. Not the kind from a can. And I also spent most of my formative years in Massachusetts, home to some amazingly beautiful cranberry bogs! I’m not sure at what point in my life I decided that I loved cranberries, but I do.
If you follow me on Facebook, you might know that I couldn’t find cranberries this year! My local grocery store didn’t have them. It was tragic. Thankfully, my Super Target pulled through for me and I was able to make a delicious cranberry sauce. Yum.
And the best part is that making cranberry sauce is super SIMPLE! (‘betcha didn’t see that one coming 🙂 If’ you’ve always wondered how to make cranberry sauce, this is a great, no-fail recipe to try.

Probably a stupid question, but…do i have to remove all those little "skins" after they pop?
