As I mentioned several weeks ago in my post about Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Bars, my son loves cereal.  The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Bars were such a huge hit, and also crazy easy to make, and also not too unhealthy for you, that I decided to try homemade cereal bars again, but with a different twist!  When I found cinnamon peanut butter at my local store, I had the perfect and delicious idea to make an Apple Cinnamon Cereal Bar Recipe!  Yup.  Apple Cinnamon Cereal Bars that could be made, once again, with only 3 ingredients.  So I know exactly what is going into these bars, I can control the amounts of everything in it, and I can also watch my kids enjoy these homemade cereal bars so much more than store bought options.  And these are so easy to make, most kids can even make these with a little adult help!  They really are that easy to make.  So keep reading to learn how to make homemade cereal bars for your family.

You might not have all of these ingredients in your home, but a quick run to the store will make this easy to put together today!  Or tomorrow.  Whenever you want really!  I love to wrap mine up individually and then keep them in a baggie for my kids to grab and go when they need a yummy and filling (and slightly sweet) snack!

These are a soft bar, so I like to wrap them individually in plastic wrap and store them in the fridge.

My kids really loved these Apple Cinnamon Peanut Butter Cereal Bars!  And I love how easy they are to make!  You can easily double or triple this recipe if you want to make a bigger batch of these bars to keep on hand too!  Oh and I like to keep mine in the fridge just because they are a softer bar so that helps keep them a little more firm which makes them slightly less messy for little hands.
